Ladd was very helpful, knowledgeable, and works quickly! He saved us a lot of money and we are very appreciative of his help!

After hitting a curb, I was very upset with myself, fearing I had done some serious damage to the undercarriage of my car, although no engine lights had activated. Several pieces of heavy black plastic had cracked from underneath and fallen off. I really didn’t know what to do or where to go. I went in person to Ladd Wagner’s office and spoke with Shannon, who was most patient with me. She took my information and suggested what I needed to do for repairs. I am most grateful for her kindness and understanding, as I was very upset and angry with myself! Good service is what I always hope for and Ladd Wagner’s State Farm office has definitely delivered for me.
