Question; What is a deductible and do I have a choice

Answer; You can adjust your deductible, the higher the deductible the lower the cost. the deductible is your first dollar paid for a covered claim

Question; If I get injured in a car accident, do I have any coverage

Answer; Yes you do. Medical coverage for a named insured is required for all PA insurance policies.

Question; I rent an apartment. the apartment above me has a toilet that is leaking into my place. Do I have coverage?

Answer; Yes, you will have coverage to the limits of your policy. (after your deductible mentioned above)

On a personal note, I opened my office in September of 2005 and proud to support the community as well as Franklin Regional & Penn Trafford School Districts. I enjoy being a supporter of the community whether it's the recreation department or the Westmoreland Heritage Trail, I'm involved. I'm a board member of the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce I volunteer with many groups including USA Hockey representing Girls Council and I'm a Teen Driving Safety Advocate.
